no.1: you shall always have a tv turned on in the restaurant so people can watch while they´re eating. they feel more at home then.

no.2: you shall always sit next to your pizzaoven and smoke when you have no work to do. your customers are very happy when you do that.

no.3: you shall never open the door to your restaurant. Fresh air could sneak in and your tasty smell inside could temporarly dissappear.
